The invisible clock that’s stressing us out

What would you do differently if you didn’t feel like you were running out of time? That question stopped me in my tracks.

It made me realize how often I treat life and business like a race against an invisible clock—rushing launches, pushing videos out, or forcing productivity even when I don’t feel it.

If time weren’t an issue, I’d slow down, focus on improving what’s already here, and really listen to what people need.

I’d aim for balance, working when inspiration strikes and resting when it doesn’t, instead of rigid schedules.

The goal wouldn’t just be speed but helping people achieve their dreams. Graham Cochrane reminded me: time isn’t running out, and slowing down can bring more joy, clarity, and impact.
