So much potential for maximizing this opportunity.

  • offer preventative maintenance subscriptions (e.g quarterly HVAC tune-ups, annual roof checks, gutter cleaning, and appliance servicing)…so homeowners never have to remember a thing.

  • manage small renovation projects (painting a nursery, replacing carpet with LVP, redoing a patio) and act as a mini ā€œgeneral contractorā€ for busy families.

  • smart-home setup and tech support: setting up cameras, Wi-Fi networks, smart locks, and then offering ongoing support.

  • offer airbnb hosts a concierge who manages turnovers and supplies

  • offer families with aging parents someone to handle safety inspections, routine checks, and all service coordination.

  • sell bundled contracts directly to HOAs or developers.. e.g imagine being the default home-service coordinator for a 100-home community.

Potential revenue

  • preventative maintenance plans: $79 to $499 per month depending on the level of service.

  • project management fee (e.g overseeing a $7,500 bathroom refresh) could add $750 to $1,500 per job.

  • smart-home installs: $150–$500 each, with a $25 to $49 monthly tech support plan layered on top
